2017: Glycol Chiller Package Installation In 2017, we provided a new glycol chiller package that utilized the existing ammonia refrigeration system. This upgrade enhanced the dairy’s production capabilities by ensuring consistent and reliable cooling, which is crucial for maintaining product quality.
2015: Additional Warehouse Storage To accommodate growing storage needs, we added additional warehouse storage at the facility. The Louis A. Roser Company provided comprehensive design/build services to create a state-of-the-art cheese aging and storage facility, ensuring optimal conditions for aging and preserving their high-quality cheese products.
